Hi I'm Andrew.
For nearly four decades, I have worked inside commercial property as an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, Project Manager, and internationally accredited Facilities Management consultant.
I have helped shape, construct, and operate buildings;... it is in my DNA.
But so is photography.
I developed my very first photograph in a darkroom when I was just 11. What began as a fascination became a lifelong captivation with the emotional power of imagery
When I combined these two passions, one thing became impossible to ignore.
Exceptional buildings were too often diminished by average photography.
Years of vision, investment, and craftsmanship were reduced to imagery that failed to convey the asset's true beauty and value.
That gap defines my work today.
I capture buildings and their interiors with a deep understanding of design intent, spatial experience, commercial performance, and human interaction.
My imagery helps architects, developers, REITs, consultants, and property brands visually communicate the quality of their work and dedication in a way that attracts investors, tenants, buyers, and clients.
